First and foremost, it’s passion that drives the new team. Just like the head chef, who prepares his menu as though it were a musical composition, his entire staff make it a point of honour to turn the fresh produce of Corsica’s earth and sea into marvellous dishes.
They produce a cuisine to please everyone’s palate, whether they choose from the half-board menu or dine à la carte. Coloured by its Mediterranean accents, the culinary palette at Carpe Diem owes as much to its Italian heritage as to Corsican tradition. Pizzas, pasta, rack of lamb, local veal in sauce, sea bream, salads from the maquis and homemade desserts will delight your taste buds at every meal. Throughout the day, ice creams, waffles and crêpes served at the poolside will tempt the most demanding food lover!
Whilst the campsite slumbers on, our team is already on hand to serve breakfast on the terrace. Our friendly service is available until late evening in the lounge area.
